This EOI is simply a declaration of interest by the Interested Party to purchase a studio apartment within the Project - DISTRICT NINE and is not intended to create a legally binding contract to purchase any property within the Project.

This EOI allows the Interested Party to formally indicate interest in purchasing a hotel apartment unit within the Project. This document does not constitute an offer, contract, or interest in land.
Completing this EOI requires no token, deposit, or financial commitment. It is solely a declaration of interest.
The Developer reserves the right to review all EOIs and allocate units based on availability and internal criteria. Submission does not guarantee unit allocation.
This EOI is non-binding on both the Interested Party and the Developer. No obligations arise until the Offer Letter is accepted and initial payment is made.
This EOI cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party.
Upon review and acceptance of this EOI, the Developer shall issue an Official Offer Letter, stating:
Once the Interested Party accepts the offer and proceeds with the first payment, a Booking Form and subsequently a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be issued for execution.
